Lasting performance
built on trust…

I work with leaders worn down by steering through an uncertain world with no compass: no support, no risk-taking from their team.

Engagement: a measurable lever

An engaged employee changes the company's results.

Disengagement is costly — in absence, in turnover, in performance. Engaged teams, by contrast, shift the numbers for good.

The observation

Behind every tension and refusal lies a signal, not a difficult personality.

Lateness, simmering conflict, silence in meetings, a lack of initiative… Often read as a lack of willingness, organisational psychology shows these are unspoken needs looking for an answer.

Learning to read them means regaining your grip — without forcing, without monitoring. That is where lasting performance begins.

The method

My approach

As a trainer, I facilitate with

  • Supportive high standards
  • A facilitating stance that regulates tension
  • Active listening that gives structure

My teaching principles

  • Work drawn from participants' own cases
  • Structured practice scenarios (guided role play)
  • Guided reflective debriefing with self-feedback
  • Immediate transfer into professional practice
  • An individual action plan at the end of the session
The shift in stance

From manager to leader

One and the same person, two ways of leading. The second frees the leader and engages the team.

Managing by holding control

  • Monitoring tasks and hours logged
  • Deciding alone, informing afterwards
  • Reacting to problems once entrenched
  • Confusing high standards with pressure

Leading with trust

  • Setting a clear frame and giving ownership
  • Co-creating rituals and decisions
  • Spotting weak signals early
  • Pairing high standards with care

About me

Sarah Tabatoni

Organisational psychologist & trainer

I train managers and teams, in English as in French, in person and remotely. My work: helping organisations sustain lasting performance by reducing the cost of disengagement and turnover.

I combine systemic analysis with a psychologist's eye to shed light on situations at work. After a session, participants develop a reflective practice, a real sense of belonging to the team and more resources to navigate change.

  • Certified Adult Education Trainer — for the past 6 years
  • Co-author of a chapter in Leadership for a New World, Pierre Casse (2022)
  • Facilitator for large international groups, public and private sector
